Is it a Silver-top or Black-top head?? Has it been converted to solid tappets??
Ideally you'll want a thicker oil but if its still on Hydraulic Tappets you'll need the highest quality 5w30 oil you can get. Speak to Opie Oils about it. When your running the engine in use boggo stuff from your local motor factors
