RS work part

Hi,
I have this RS work part absolutly new, for sale.
I dont know exactly where it is fitted. (answer ?)
I don't know what is the value !

To me it looks like a home made cambelt cover type affair just for the top part with the two holes mounting onto the cam covers original mounting points, with the cosworth plaque being off a V6??
