I would use either Millers 10W60 or Silk Pro S.

A difference of opinion as always on these threads, I have always used castrol RS 10/60 in my car

i have been using mobil1 0w 10or40 not sure which one, and was told by my garage to go to castrol rs as its thicker and shuts up tappet noise more, they even said that the engine chucks the mobil1 oil out the back through the exhaust were as the castrol rs won't.
oil for the diffs the guy at my garage said that the diffs dont need to really be touched. i think he said because of the access to the top up hole is not good with it in situ or that they are sealed up.

i had the gearbox oil and transfer box oil changed the other week. he used ford recomennded oil for the g/box and automatic transmition oil for the transfer box.

silkolene pro s for engine.

and 75\90 FULLY synthetic in all of the 4x4 drivetrain, diffs aswell.

dont use the ford oil ,as ford didnt anticipate the heat from a tuned cossie, and it turns to piss.

Tab recommended the silky stuff to me and opie had it here next day - what a result - about 5lb higher pressure when hot hot hot and on idle - very impressed so far.
