Ken wanted to hike the congestion charge to £25 a day for gas guzzlers. Porsche challenged this in court and won.

Ken is now on the news bleating about the £50m that will now be missing from the mayors budget. Hold on a minute Ken you said this was a move for the environment not a revenue making excercise. 2 faced slimey bastard
