Default calling all ebay heads

hey all ebay heads, a mate of mine bought a car off ebay but 5 mins after it closed the seller mailed him saying the car had been crashed prior to sale by a guy test driving it, there wasnt any mention of the car being sold elsewhere on the ebay advert,

where does he stand, he may even still buy it crashed albeit at a lower price naturally

Sound like the typical eBay messer!

Probably didnt get quite the price he was asking for it and trying to wriggle out of the sale?

or he could be telling the truth?

proof is required of the crashed car, accident reports etc

and then add him to the favorites in case it appears again

Definitly a case of bluffing cause it didnt make what he wanted.
Call his bluff and ask for some pics of the damage and say you are still interested pending seeing them.

If he ignores you, just keep an eye on his auctions, it will probably be back on in afew days, then you can email him asking if he got it fixed
