hard to say mate, never bought a turbo of ebay, ive bought other items which were a total bargain and others that were crap so i think its a but of luck. I can however recommend cr turbo's, they supplied my stage 3 t3 turbo for £560 on an exchange bsis with 6 month warranty. I dealt with a bloke called vince, he was really sound and gave me loads of free advice

its around the same price, maybe a bit more, for a stage 3 t3 turbo from turbo technics on an exchange basis, diff is you get 2 years warranty !!!!.

i deal with a guy called hamish there. i have spoke to vince at cr turbos though and hes a sound guy !!!!.

Cheers for the replys. The price is quite a bit different which is why im thinking the ebay turbo is prob a load of shite. Does anyone know if it is stage 3 spec??? I dont know the difference between standard, stage 1, stage 2 and stage 3 turbos so any insight would be great.

Turbo warranties aren't worth a wank IMO.

 

that is exactly what I heard, and they were 100 more expensive, vince at cr has been really helpful, just looked at my cr turbos bill and the warranty is 12 months and the cost for the stage 3 t3 with cossie compressor wheel was 540.50. I total bargain if you ask me
