my m8s have had some silly quick ones but when coming on the boost just wheel spin every where.. and i often wonder what times people are getting.

 

Yeah, ask Paul Ripley on here, he was in the 4's, as was Tim Butcher and a few other aswell IIRC. You'd need silly power for those times though.

Either that or a seriously funky diff/suspension set up.

Tyres mate. Are you on 17's? They're useless for grip. 15's, with the widest cut slick you can get on the rim. If drag is your thing, then Mickey Thompson drag radials.

They're the best compromise between looks/handling.

hello mate, i have a series 1 turbo with an xr3i box (no lsd )and running 200bhp at the flywheel it did a 1/4 mile in 15.6. terminal speed of 90odd mph

reckon 0-60 is probably 8s

 

8sec i am sure they are same as that std?
