any one got sunburned today i have gotten very badly burnt on my shoulders chest and back it is fecking sore i have put aftersun on it but not working

 

go to the docs and ask for flamazine. its the best for horid sunburns.. in fact any burn.

it has silver for the bacteria and also oils that mimic the bodys natural oils almost perfectly and it will rid you of the buring straight away.

Went out the other day in the vx with the roof off and me and my mates foreheads are red raw and now peeling and generally looking a mess

 

i just been gardening and walking around my village for a while and my back is red raw and my chest is sore and my shoulders are warm just been windy here and then hot and the windy so i throught the sun was not very stronge oooopppsss
