Default brake problem

guys i have an issue with my brakes which im hoping some one can help me with.

basically braking from any speed is fine until i go under 20mph and then the pedal goes hard and there is a weirdo noise coming from under the dash,once stopped the pedal goes normal again and when picking up speed this noise is with me until i past 20mph where is just shuts up......... what the fuck is that all about ????

As it is speed related try cleaning/checking for damage all the abs rings at the wheels.

ok i will check it but why is there this noise from behind the dash???? its really annoying but luckily it isnt really effecting the braking as it stops as cossies do......
