iv took the 4 injector lines off the metering unit, got sum1 to turn it over, you can see the fuel sitting in it wer i took the 4 bolts out, wen i press the flap down 5mm nothin happens, wen i push it right down it comes out but not wiv any pressurean the injectors are like making a buzzing sound?

sounds metering head problem mate soon as you touch flap it should come out or maybe your pump is on way out not getting enough pressure up tyr undoing banjos on filter to meterin head if there is loads of pressure buildup there its most likely meterin head

Have you tried the two man method. One person turns the engine over while the other applies a small amount of pressure to the flap. This should force the fuel up to the injectors and fire (hopefully)

is the pump working corectly and corect fuel supply? remove the fuel return pipe that comes off the pressure regulator at the back of the metering unit place a container to catch the fuel then bridge the fuel pump relay for 20 seconds and you should have roughtly 0.75 of a liter of fuel come out.
