put my foot dwn last nite and i heard a zippin whistle sound then i get no boost car will only go to 0.06 of bost and no more also loads of smoke out the back.

took the air filter hose off and there is no play in the shaft no left right or up and down and it spins freely.

could this be the seals in the turbo????

 

take it all your hoses are ok no splits etc,what colour is the smoke!does the turbo spin on idle

 

the smoke is blue, yes it must do as it has vacume but then i havent checked.i did find that 1 of the amal vavle pipes to the actuator is split but it still has blue smoke now its fixedstill wont boostpast 0 psi

 

Take off the compressor side hose and see if there's any oil in there to start with.

 

well if all your hoses are good,check intercooler and dump valve also!!!but it does sound as if the turbo has crapped itself!!odd on exhaust side u have lost some vains!have u checked to see if your turbo spins on idle and when u rev it?
