..i got a cheque through from my solicitors for £600 for my 1.3 escort encore 5dr .

Last july coming out of work i was rearended by this penis i work with first of all damage didn't look that bad so called it quits. When i got home looked abit closer and realised the whole rearend was out of shape. There is a dent in the spare wheel well the N/S rear quarter is fucked the boot wouldn't close so a complete write off!

So i text my "mate" and said we'd have to go through insurance he said he didn't want to as the policy was in his mum's boyfriend's name. Anyway i said i wanted £400 as the car was really tidy condition a perfect first car he said "nah can't pay that much cos you only paid £350" cheeky fucker offered me £200 . I'd had a valuation at £800 so told him he has no choice its got absolutely feck all to do with how much i paid for it. So we ended up going through insurance, did the polava phoned my insurance company. Turns out he gave me the wrong reg for his car .They couldn't get any of his details to go through.

So months and months passed and TBH couldn't be arsed to bother for such a low value car but after a while i get a letter through saying they have his details blah blah please give us an amount to reclaim so i did and they did and i got a juicy little cheque through .
I'm well happy with my insurance and it couldn't come at a bette rtime cos it means i can now get my onion back on the road

Just goes to shows how people will try to do you over instead of holding there hands up and taking a raping!!!!
