Mates got a fith injector on his car but currently uses the cold start, whats best to use as an upgrade ie green or light blue? Also wheres the best place to purchase a cosworth fuel pump from for my rs turbo and is it a straight swap?

The cold start injector doesnt flow much, so changing it to a proper injector will make it run very rich.. i'd get it set up properly or damage may ensue!
