chromed cam bolts someone?

Default chromed cam bolts someone?
Does anybody knows if there are any where i can buy the two bolts and washers that holds the cam pulleys in place? Or do i need to send the ones i got to a chromer?

reyland sells them.

i think there a built in washer and bolt tho.
