do they always need replacing when they are removed or are they ok to use again? mine have only done 6000 light use miles

I doubt they would tbh, some people fit ARP but they're not really needed as the standard ones are good.

Not wrong ...Porkies car uses standard bolts and hasn't had any issues for years
