Its out of a j reg car, it starts on the button with no knocks bangs or smoke no matter if it hasn't been started in 3 weeks or 3 hours. there is no tappet nosies or any piston slap whatso ever. itdoes something just wisp a very small amout of smoke after booting it hard on over run so i think its the turbo but its very slight.

it ran 304bhp and 395ft/lb torque recently on the dyno. i was going to sell it with all the sensors, turbo inlet mainfold, Im taking the big injecyors out and putting a set of blues in it how ever i need the alt, pas pump ect ect off it and the mounthing brackets. i will also chuck in the standard intercooler and pipe work.

just after a rough price really as i don't have a clue.

 

what turbo is it, standard? i'd say it should be worth around £1150 minus the alternator & PAS Pump

although its only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it

 

Has it been rebuilt?
Ever had a head gasket?
Was it serviced and how regulary?
what items come with the engine? Plenium/manifolds etc etc

 

i would say a good head and good block will fetch 500 each easy on there own so the engine should fetch well more than a grand if its in good condtion AND you can prove it.

 

engine can still be hurd running as its still in the car. the turbo is standard and it comes with all the manifolds ect ect, just not the alt pas ect ect. it had a new cam belt 4000 miles ago and the last own said it had a new gp a head gasket 5 thouand miles before i brought the car but i haven't got a recipt for it so it can't be proved. i can't coment on the last owner but it has had a service done by me every 3000miles using mobil 1 15-50 oil.

as i said before all the sensors, dizzy, cap arm, leads, injectors, fuel rail, reguator, turbo, exaust mani, ect ect are all included.

 

Agreed. The only thing that may possibly put some one off is it hasnt had a rebuild. So you never know when it could go pop.

Possibly one for ebay. But before you do make sure you post up a price as in the market my self, unless I rebuild.

 

Nearly 400lb/ft on a T3 ?? You gotta show me how you archived that mate as I would like to get that much torque too !

 

If its never been rebuilt its worth more in bits head £500 block £500 standard crank £400
