ive got my exhaust manifold off at the minute and its looking a bit manky
i want to clean it up before i put it back on but not sure what to use
are them high temp paints any good for such a job or will it start flaking off after a couple weeks?
was thinking about wire brushing it and painting
anyone got any better suggestions?

 

im sure iv seen brand new ones on ebay for 50 notes?! be easyer

 

i done mine myself with a wire brush and some high temp paint and its still on there like the day i sprayed it 3000miles later.

RST_Rob is that the high temp paint from halfords? might give that a go

 

yes mate. Its worth ago imo as looks alot better with some paint on it and doesnt cost much to do.

 

Get it shot blasted, will look like new
