If i cancel my current account card does that mean anyone trying to take payments via my card for anything will not be able to, or will it still take them without me having to give them the new card number?

Having a few problems with ebay and basically not prepared to give them £24 listing fee that i was charged due to a problem on their behalf, i want to cancel my card as all theyve got is my card details and expiry date, security number etc, not my actual account number.

How long will it take for a replacement card to come?

did you not ask your bang these questions when you rang them

 

New card should be issued with a new number & security code - should be with you within a working week (but depends on your bank/Royal Mail)

 

i havent rang them yet im asking here first

 

i just cancel my card they said five days should have my card
