Both lovely imo, insurance is a killer on S2000 though.

The NA VX is a stormer, so i bet the turbo'd one is a right hoot!!

S2 elise would probably be the safest bet though

Been in a VX220 Turbo, and was quite impressed...

Don't know about the engines though, Probably best to ask Chip.

I really really cant get away with the boxster and would prefer an older 911 over a boxster tbh. I love my hondas but i'm thinking a vx220 turbo with a remap would be pretty rapid

There was one running low 10s at santa pod this weekend, the engines can be easily taken past 400bhp if your pockets are fairly deep and 600bhp isnt out of the question.

AWESOME cars I reckon, one of the best performance bargains of recent years.

260 is about the average you get with an exhaust and a remap and TBH on that they fucking fly!

Thats a killer....

I'd probably end up taking a S2k but the VX is way up there pound for pound. Value wise i'd deffo have one over an Elise, no badge premiums.

Out of them 2, VX220, but I think in all honesty I'd go for an Elise

i voted S2000, but only because i have had one and loved it, and haven't tried the vx220. i would imagine that they are not as complete as an S2000 for an everyday car, but that depends what you will be doing with it

I work away for six month of the year so it wont be getting used as an everyday car as such. I nearly bought an s2000 earlyier this year but i'm thinking the vx220 wil keep me entertained for longer?

Super charge the s2000 maybe?

But the vx220's a really naughty, test drive both and see which one appeals more

Got a read soft spot for the VX220 lately.
I also saw the yellow one at pod run a 10, it has recoreded a best time of 9.67 I believe too.
