anyone got a picture of the inside of a cosworth weber tps??

 

No piccie but they are just a flat piece of carbon track rolled into a circle, with a copper conductor against them.

For a picture of the innards, you might need to get busy with a hacksaw....

 

Its a normal potentiometer with the rare exception that the wiper doesnt touch the carbon track at the idle position.

I.E. The output is open circuit at idle (just as if the wire was disconnected)
