Default Range Rover P38 - 2.5 DSE [BMW Diesel Engine]

[Mods - This is my own car, please do not remove ]

PRIVATE SALE

On a private plate, will return on an "R".

In a very rare metallic blue, this BMW diesel engined P38 benefits from extensive service history [mileage is average for year at 112k] and all the usual Range Rover goodies [Auto transmission, Leather, A/C etc.] so I won't bore you with what you already know.

The tinted windows hide a great stereo set up run by a new [bought by me about 6 months ago] Alpine single CD head unit and a DVD Multichanger. With 3 [YES, THREE] Alpine LCD monitors, one in the dash and one in each head rest, you're fully set up for long journeys because the Alpine Satellite Navigation system is also present and working. I currently have singalong High School Musical in there. Which isn't gay at all.

The Harmon Kardon option was fitted to this vehicle from new. These were great 10 years ago and the speakers are still good but I have had the pathetic standard amplifier bypassed so there is none of the usual hissy feedback!

There is also a TV tuner fitted but I've never managed to get a signal from the fucking thing.

I've had LOADS Rangies and Discoverys over the years and the main thing people worry about is the EAS [Electronic Air Suspension] set-up which is troublesome and expensive to fix.

THE GOOD NEWS: I had a fault with the EAS so rather than go down the usual route, I had the spring conversion kit professionally fitted AND I will definitely get it done to the next one I but to use! The ride is much more pleasant [especially on the motorway] and you no longer have to worry about expensive bills for failing airbags etc.

This car was £42k new and god knows how much they spent on the I.C.E! But it can be yours at just 10 years old for:

£4650

I am looking for a toy so will definitely consider a p/ex or if it's something special, I'll whack some cash your way too! May consider a Cosworth if it's been rebuilt recently but I'm really after a UK Impreza [NO IMPORTS THANKS] either a late facelifted Classic, a bug eye UK 300 or STi or any WRX MY03 onwards. WHY??

What is it? Impreza/Legacy/Forrester? Turbo/NA?

I definitely do not want any more imports after having the last few bolted up my arse and having them for sale for FAR too long!

I bought one of the kits to refurbish the keys that come with batteries? You stalking me?? My username on fleabay is mindyourownfuckingbusiness

P.S in the middle of a plate change on the Range Rover, I will be advertising it properly next week so if anyone wants it before it's more expensive, let me know

Any sensible offer now considered as it's sat in the way! I'll get a new MOT on it as well for the new owner [currently runs out in October].

I don't want a p/ex anymore as I've got a toy [which is also sat doing fuck all ] UNLESS someone has a nice transit sized diesel van as I have a use for one!

I really DO NOT want to have to advertise this in the autotrader as I can't be bothered with the cunts around my house
