Default Immersion heaters - how much?

Got am immersion heater in our bathroom and for teh second time in about 3 months it's decided to leak all over the floor. Bit miffed with the sodding thing now. Anybody know how much it would cost for a new one?

It supplies all our hot water so needs to be a good size.

Cheers in advance

Do you mean the hw cylinder or the immersion heater its self,

Immersion heaters are around Ł20-Ł50 depending on size,

Cylinders from Ł90 upwards plus fitting etc.

The one we have is about 15 years old or so and I was hoping to get it moved into the loft while playing about with things.

It's our first place and I don't plan on staying here for too many years so don't want to spend a lot for somebody else to benefit.
