Default Another bodyshop question, stopping rust early

my car is starting to develop quite a few small spots of rust where's it's onlyjust started to bubble a bit under the paint, looks like stonechips etc that have been at it for a few months.

what do i do about this?

presumably if i leave it ina year or 2 i'll havea rusty old shed of a car, but i dont really care about it enough to have the car resprayed/minted up. i just want to stop it from getting any worse

chips away mate, they paint the chips and will be the best place to get them done cheepish compared to a respray

though average bodyshops charge 75 quid per panel plus vat and what ever time to repair if needed so thats another idea
