why when i clcik on some subforums, does it not show any threads?

why when i clcik on some subforums, does it not show any threads?
like in RS focus bit, i click on =, its shows my thread and two other stickys?
on the main page i can click onto the last thread posted in, but thats it? LOL?
on the info bar it tells me there is 1440 threads in that section too!
