Are escos side lights the same part as MK5 indicators?

yes and no.

there are two types of side lights, small and large.

for these to be the same as escort cossie then it would have to be a top of the range escort with the wider front lights and therefore have small side lights.

Escort cosworth, Mk5 RS2000 and Mk5 XR3i all use those side lights

 

where can you get them new? i need a set!

You might get luck and find a 3i in a scrap yard, failing that try the rs breakers, unless you want new ones, then like fozy says try ford.

 

What price are they?

 

15 quid each side from ford new.

Got mine from ford dealer near my work in Kirkcaldy (middle of nowhere) and they had them in stock ...i thought i would have to order
