Default water temp to high !!! no boost

my focus as started running very little boost because the water temp is going up in the 100 ive changed the thermostat, bleeded the system so no trapped air and changed the header tank and cap and still no change
ive got a new temp switch to fit but dnt think it could be that but will see.

have anyone else had similar problems or know of anything that could help please????

cheers rsmat.

I have just mapped one on Autronic and that is what they run from about 98 to as much as 110c before fans cut in.

Max temp for the FRS before the fan kicks in should be 105C

Whose FRS is that if you dont mind me asking Mark - thought it was just Paul Hamlings old FRS, mine & Kev Jones running the SM4 on the FRS so someone else has obviously gone that route as well then

The owners called Matt he fitted the SM4 himself and I mapped it for him.

I didnt see it reduced the boost, The running temp is correct from what I have seen, Seeing yours is running 25psi I would take it to your tunner to look at incase it is hitting some kind of limp mode.

My scangauge takes the water temperature from the sender in the block for the Ford ECU!

Everybody I know, there fans kick in @ 112 and cut out about 106!

Cruising @ 80 on a summers day on the motorway will see my temp sitting at a constant 110-112!
