Is there a way to fix a leak in a heater matrix?

Car has not been ran for over 2 years, its been a work in progress (when i get time)
I think the fuse box will need welding, it it easy to take apart/move ? I may even give the Battery tray a once over.

Can i buy a new heater matrix ? or would it be a second hand part.
