That can't be right. Older cars produce more CO2 emissions, but pay less TAX for it?? If thats the car I will buy another Cosworth to use daily and getting a newer car cause it will cost £50 more TAX every 6mts??

Skoda wont be cheap next year, might sell it and get an older car tbh.....

can see this backfiring massively on goverment as its cheaper to tax a heavier emission car if its before 2001

Diesels should be taxed off the road, I'm sick to death of having even the most modern ones beltching shit loads of soot into my cars vents
