Anyone kept their New Years Resolutions?

I have only had 1 beer (night on) since NYE, the diet and fitness lark is more miss that hit though

Mine was to get fit and lose a bit of weight.

I joined the gym the start of January and i go 5 times a week and love it, lost a stone and got stronger.

I think i had others, but that was my main one and its the only ever resolution i have stuck to so go me.

Fair play on the beer G, that must be hard!?

I'm still on track, want to lose 5st this year, currently I've lost 3 and half since January

January was, I wanted to get royally smashed like I used to, but my mates were suffering from the January blues so i proper sulked indoors, and when I went out people kept saying 'Just have 1, it wont harm you'.
Middle of Feb was my Nieces presentation thing, she, her mates and my sister were going into town, I had to get smashed to be seen in public with my sister
Since then its not been too bad, to the stage where it dont bother me, go to a boozer now and its Fresh Orange or Diet Coke.

Just need to start using the MTB Boxxer got me the other month

i didnt really make one tbh, ive started gym around feb though and still going, although im playing football more instead of treadmill etc lol

Yeah I've lost 3 st now, and got 1.5 to do by my bday in november which I'm on track for. In the best shape of my life.

On new years eve I decided enough was enough and I finished with my girlfriend. 5 months on and altough I miss her allot, I'm happier without all the trouble, hassel and grief she gave me.

At the moment, I'm going the gym 5 days a week also, doing really well and I aim to loose some weight for when I start college.

Believe it or not my resolution to drink more, smoke more and drive faster has not worked out!

I smoke less than 3-4 a day (previously 10) I dont drink in the week (kinda) and I have blown up every fast car i own!
