Default Newbie with RS1800, but it's too low :(

Hello all, ive recently bought a fiesta rs1800, It came fitted with koni suspension, 45mm.... But this is way too low for an old boy like me, especially as my previous cars (GT4 and Impreza RB5) had loads of clearance.

will i have to ditch the suspension completely? or can i just buy standard/25mm springs?

I will probably have loads more questions and issues in future, but this one is the most urgent as i can't continue scraping over speedbumps at 2mph!

Thanks in advance.

hi and welcome...

thought that was the general idea to go over speedbumps at 2mph, i havent heard of anyone saying its too low. We normally jump at the chance to make it lower.....

If it helps, next time u go over a speedbump, cross it at an angle thats what i always do....
