Red face turbo

ma turbos goosed, let out a sound like a tire blowout,in second gear excellerating, and wont boost ,so i think the exhaust fins are away, engine still runs log a bog standard motor, but i dont want to drive it.bits in the tailpie .

what should i replace it with?

im chipped for 200bhp,
large front mount intercooler,
turbo cooler,
inline turbo filter,
samcos ,dv,
k.n. and magnex
standard manifold
was running about 1bar

had the car for 20thou miles,no real probs, repaced the fuel system complete, new wires etc,
never any smoke ,

im thinking maybe stage 2 360 bearing hybrid ,but whos?

any ideas would be greatly appreciated. ta! colin.
