upgrade first the suspension and the bushes so you can control the car better.

is the engine healty. has it a good head gasket. do you have a oil breather kit.

what do you need:

803 injectors
stage 3 chip
3bar map
-31 actuator
good exhaust
good air filter
good plugs
good head gasket

good luck

As above, but dont stick on secondhand suspension, go for a new koni kit, putting on old equipment can turn out to be a false economy in the long run. Stripping and fitting suspension on a 4x4 is a BIG job so when you're fitting shocks and springs upgrade all the bushes as well with new ones or poly's. You dont need an induction kit for stage 3, a K+N Panel filter will do just as well but you do need a proper exhaust system, and dont just fit all the bits , then up the boost to 22psi and rag the car silly, get it set up properly on a rolling road

The car has at the mo a !

1, Mongoose Full system 3" 3.5" tail pipe.
2, Piper Cross Cone (foam thing)
3, Engine seems solid, no smoke no noise,
4, its a Standard Ford Gasket.

Boost is set at 13psi now but holds around 11ish (still need to set stage 1 up yet )

Will the T3 hold 22PSI and what sort of power will that give ? some say 310 others 330... ?
I have a Dash 31 waiting to fit..

No Oil Breather kit (well a little K&N thing by the Blue's)

Fitting suspension and bushes is an expensive job, the parts alone will set you back about Ł600 and if you have the work done in a garage labour will cost you another Ł300 or so. You could fit everything yourself to save money but some of the bushes are a nightmare to fit. Its a worthwhile job though because when its done the car will handle like its new.
T3 should be good for 22 psi, power will depend on the condition of your engine, parts used and the mapping parameters built into the chip. You say your engine isn't a smoker but as its only boosting to 13 psi and dropping off to 11 its probably only running near standard power and not really under any stress at the mo. When you up the power any internal weakness will show up pretty quickly. Reputable tuners would discuss all your options before carrying out any work and they are the best ones to advise you, but if at some stage you plan to up the power further by fitting a T34 then it would be wise to fit a proper breather kit a stronger headgasket and an uprated clutch
