My MK2 Estate
Bought this a few weeks ago from a local retired gentleman, When i first saw this car it was it was like going in a time warp to 1987 (the last time this car was on the road) The bodywork is really solid and straight and has been maintained to the highest standard. Everything is labelled up and everything he had done to the car has been documented.
After spending sometime servicing and getting the car to run again i decided to get the bodywork sorted.
By chance a got a call off one of my good mates today asking if i wanted any work doing as he's got a spare 2weeks, So one hour later my MK2 was in his garage, to get all repairs done and a full shoot.
Here is a few pics of how the car now looks after we started seaching for damage.

Worst damage we could find on the car.

Tiny bit on the O/S rear wheel arch nothing really

It has a spare wheel well! and it looks brand new! As do where the rear light clusters attach

Rear tailgate is brand new not even the slightest rust bubble.

Front valance still solid and attached

Im pretty new to the classic ford scene so any help or comments apricated

small update...
Coach lines removed

O/S Rear arch cut away and replaced by new metal

N/S Rear arch sanded to check condition very solid.

Rear 1/4 sanded where coach lines were.

Drivers door very solid not much work needed here

I know the project seems abit boring at the moment as there really insn't alot happening, Should be in primer by the end of the week.
