STAGE 3 T3/T04E Turbo on a ERST

Hi, Will a STAGE 3 T3/T04E Turbo fit straight on a RS turbo.

Are there any benefits or is this just a bad idea?

I am new to the turbo seen

Far to big for the average rst

And if its one of them off ebay don't bother there made in china and wont even last a few hundred miles
