Hello Ford people, this is my first post on here - big cheer!
I currently have a Clio 1.8 16v but have got the turbo bug. R5's too old and not really big enough so thinking of a fester RS.
Friend of mines got a 91 H in white with 15's, stage 1 chip, piper cam, zorst and filter plus lowered and d/v and few other bits.
What sort of power will that be pushing and he wants £2k - fair price?

Does it have F.S.H - An uprated actuator & intercooler?? If so you will be on to a good enough motor if you know most of its history. With these mods you could be pushing anything between 160-180 BHP

Dunno about intercooler and actuator, things I can get easily though. I might be swapping it for my valver to save time selling it and buying the RS.
My mate bought a Saph Cossie last night, thats what I really want, the insurance company however REALLY dont want me to!

 

Seen the car - it's nice, got standard cooler but up-rated actuator, Cam, stage one chip, filter, full s/s, dump valve, lowered on 15's, flush tailgate, clear clusters, de-locked, de-badged, belled up.
All it needs is a speedo cable.
Possibly gonna swap it for mine - waiting on the all important insurance quote!
