koni shocks
i would like to know which way to adjust my rear konis on a 2wd saph they r the ones were you push a button in on the main body and then turn them they are set in the middle but would like to make it firmer but unsure on which way to turn them ther is only 3 settings any help would be much apreciated many thanks
I "think" you need to fully remove them to be able to reach the top of the shocks. It might be possible adjusting them still with the topmount fitted but tbh, I haven't tried it yet.

no mate, dont remove the whole shock. just support the trailing arm with a jack and undo the bottom. once thats done, pull the dirt cover down and you should be able to get to the button.
Just push the button in and turn the shock to adjust. cant remember which way though.
