ive won an auction and only just noticed the user has 2 feedbacks.....................

1 of them is for what ive just won???????

Bit worried now as cant see him having 2 of the same thing second hand so unless the previous winner pulled out i feel it is suspect, Sent him a email asking why he has already auctioned them and asked for invoice.

what is the best way to cover my self for him ripping me off? Paypal? then atleast if he takes the money and doesnt send the part i can start a dispute, just need to pray he doesnt close his paypal account before they take money back if sus. only £70 odd quid but worth it to some ppl spose

 

inform ebay of what has happened and they will be able to advise you on what reasonable steps to take - usually its contacting the member and asking questions

Just send him an email and ask. Worth a shot. I dont think paypla protects as well as they make out to be honest.
