Default Cosworth T5 Hydraulic clutch problems

Right ive got a mate with a T5 box with a big tooth gearkit and a twin plate AP clutch.
What im after is a kit to fit the box. Obviously the hole in the front of the gearbox where the nose goes is slightly larger than standard 3.202".

We have tried the retro ford kit, but that hasnt got a round face bearing, and uses a mondeo type hydraulic nose.

After we bled the clutch the cylinder started leaking .
So today we tried a kit from super clutch in coventry. And even with shims etc it is still not long enough to reach the fingers of the clutch cover, we have been told 3-5mm clearance is what you need from bearing to fingers on cover, but the closest we can get it is around 10mm.
If anybody can help that would be great.
Cheers
