lol I don't think there is any accurate time you could predict, I would just say it would be reasonable to change them every year miniumum but they would probably last alot longer..

I would personally change them when you change the spark plugs, otherwise the lead (if it has deterioated) will just counter act the new plugs. However I would expect a lead to last longer than a spark plug would

My beru ones have been on the car for 3 yrs at stage 3.

My 89 saff is still running the originals without a hint of a misfire - um touch wood!!! I do clean them and all that of course

propper ford/beru ones will last a long time..............my car popped n banged on "motorsport" leads (2 sets)....put the beru's back on and never missed a beat

I wouldn't change any until there was a problem, I certainly know of cars with 20 year old leads still going strong.

i had some magnacore 8.5mm red leads.. loads of running probs.... old ford (beru) leads back on.... everything fine!

If you bought your Magnecore NEW then you should have sent them back, they are VERY interested in ANY problems with thier leads, they would immediately looked into it and given a new set FOC.
I wouldn't use anything else, certainly seem to have better suppression than any others I have tried including the brand new m/sport ones on car when I bought it.
What were the problems ?
