Unhappy AFR problem with stage 3 chip

Hi,

I've recieved a stage 3 chip from PTS Motoring , 3 BAR Map , Greens, and RS 500 Cooler.
The boost was recomendet at 22PSI and when I have checked the AFR it was over 14 , so turn the boost back to 1.2 bar (and have now 12,5 AFR).

Please Post your AFR's for more information is it normal to drive with 12.5 AFR , because that wath i hear is under 12 on high RPM, the injectors are brand new the fuel pump is OK , what could be the reason for going lean.
Please Help

have you changed your fuel filter ?

have you checked the voltage at the fuel pump ?

Id check the voltage at the fuel pump; to be honest you are better off re-wiring the fuel pump with a direct feed from the battery.

Id also get a 044 pump to be on the safe side

while you are there changes the fuel filter as said by the bloke above

OK I will fit a gauge to check the fuel pressure , on boost,.
At idle it should be 3.0 bar with the vacum fited , and on boost it must be 3.0 bar + 1.2 bar boost = 4.2 Bar or ?

IMO, anything other than late 11's I'd be worried, I certainly wouldn't be happy with 12s. Those are for ON boost, are you quoting on boost, or off boost fueling?

Should have got an MSD closed loop chip m8,as above though rewire fuel pump, get an 044 pump and new fuel filter, mine runs 11's flat out.

Fuel pressure should normally be around 3 bar idle vac on, around 3.7/3.8 with vac off, but as said check with chip supplier or instruction sheet(with chip) and set at what chip supplier intended though most tend to keep std pressure.
A pump rewire/relay is certainly a good idea, but you do NOT need to use cable big enough to start the QE2 like some think.
