Whats the difference between the different EFI inlets on a CVH?



i have 2 at the moment,

differences i can see,

the sub looms ACT plug and sensor is different,
throttle cable brackets different,
ISCV mountings change, with a different style top part of the inlet different.

 

that is it mate, the early ones had a remote ISCV the later ones had it on the side.
the throttle cable brackets are different as you say but cant see any reason as to why but there interchangeable, and yeah the plug for the ACT senors differ, as the 2i uses the same sensor as the ERST does and the FRST uses a bosch one, that is it, the rest is the same, injectors, throttle body the lot, the FPR may be set a little different for the turbo cars but thats about it, but there adjustable anyway so that stays the same

I have two of them one of an early MK4 xr3 and the other of the 1,6 EFI MK5.... so the difference I see is only in the remote ISCV on the MK4 inlet
