Found 3 wires today that go up the drivers side A pillar and dissapear under the roof lining.
the other end, which is down by the fuse box has a square white plug, of which is not plugged into anything.
anyone know what this would be?
my suspisions are it could be power and earth supplies for an electric sunroof but my car never came with one - do they all have the wiring fitted already regardless if the spec of that car would have had the extra features?
my worry is i cant find anywhere for this white plug by the fuse box to locate so dont want to muck up the electrics when i start having panels fabricaed to hide all he wiring!

there are normaly
With electrical sunroof:
5 wires
2 for the sunroof and 3 for the interior lights.
without electrical sunroof
only 3 for the interior lights.
The wires meet up in a 5 or 6 pin white plug that goes in the fusebox.
The anti frost wires comes out in both lower corners of the windscreen in the engine bay.
You can se it here. This is before i converted my wiring to the electrical sunroof.

right hand drive cars have the interior wiring running up the rhs pillar, and left hand drive cars have it on the lhs pillar.there for the interior light mate and plugs in to the corner of the fusebox,im 100% sure as ive just put me mates escort bak together,il check exactly where in the fusebox it goes for ya ,if remove the plastic cover from under the steering wheel and unclip the fusebox and let it hang down it should plug into the top part (relays side) in the corner think nearest the steering wheel.itl only fit in the rite slot as every slot is different and wont accept the wrong plug

Managed to trace it - which was no easy task as cant move the roof lining.
certainly does go to the interior lights etc, and with a bit more time i found where it locates into the fuse box.
cheers for help guys
