The parents are innocent until proven guilty in the eyes of the court that found against the papers.

Its the correct decision at the end of the day, the court had no option.

 

but surely they were responsible? they went out socialising and left their kids alone in their apartment in a foreign country allowing what ever happened to happen.their responsability.

 

The papers implied they were responsible not just for the (FACT) that they are clearly SHIT parents, but also that they actually been involved in the act of killing and covering up the death, as opposed to just being guilty of negligence that they should be charged and prisoned for and HAS been proved by their own admissions IMHO.
