also what would u advise changing when u change the tappets ? hald moon seals ? rocker cover gasket ? anything else ?

I'm sure someone said that theres some Volkswagen ones that you can use aswell that are half the price!!??

the tappets are identical but the oilway isnt as big on the VW ones

am goni get them off matt just on his page the now riting down everything a need and al do it all in the one,r when am servicing it , can u think of anything av missed ?

got tappets,oil filter,oil,belt and tensionor ,fuel filter,anti freeze ,dizzy cap and arm , alt belt , half moon seals, rock cover gasket , and plugs

what plugs would yous advise for a stage 1 2wd saff ?

not like the cheap cozzyboys ones on ebay,although ive never had bother with the cheaper ones

ive been told to steer well clear from the VW ones which are 1/2 the price, apparently there not to good!

I would use either 071's or AGPR12PP8, from Matt lewis 01922 692424.
Just make sure to use some sealant UNDER the front cam caps, or it WILL leak from here.
Best to do new seals on cams as well, but use VITON as they are better, but about £9 each, put a bit of sealant around the ends of the half moon seals, and TRIM the gasket as needed to fit in cam cap slots FIRST as they can need a tiny bit taken off to fit in snugly.
