How does that stand up to wear compared to, say black suede?

really? i'm shocked at that!! is the leather ripped at all? because they used to just tidy them up and dye them a few times to get them looking new if a retrim wasn't needed.

Aldridge did a wicked job on mine, quality costs, its a hand cut and hand stitched job so to be honest its a pretty decent price IMO considering the time and effort spent on it. Good luck getting yours sorted whoever you use

for that kind of money you could have a nice motorsport wheel mate....got to weigh it up..if your stuck on staying with ford wheel then it's money well spent. Personally I am going for a nice aftermarket wheel.

Marco,
I can get it done for you for £85 inc return delivery for you. Perfect job, just ask anyone who has had one done .

The alcantara can go smooth if you have sweaty hands - just check out some of the steering wheels on the CSLs...

Same as the suede then I guess - just wondered if it had a better life expectancy or whether it was Sparco gloves time
