As title, who are the real knowledge bases on Series 1 Turbos?

Need to discuss the value of a couple of very rare cars with someone who would know about this?

Just after some advice on 2 very rare cars. Just special because of the rarity.

Didnt princess diana have a black S1. Ive also seen photos of a red 1 that came from the factory in that colour.

Just 2 cars that have come up as part of a collection.

I would consider them probably 2 of the rarest S1's ever produced and even luckier to be alive and kicking today.

Unless they are Princess Di's black one, the one Red customer car ( that was white underneath still ), the datapost press car ( also white under the red ) or the mercury grey one ( also white underneath ) then i'd say that statement isnt quite true.

Would be dead interesting to see what you have turned up tho

The patrick car has been privately owned for years, nowt special other than its condition and mileage



I can only think that something unregistered would be enough to get anyone really excited

 

Wasnt there a light blue sort of coloured one which was used in some cheesy 80's TV series driven by 2 female police detectives or something like that? Im sure i read about it in the rallye news magazine once.

Whats the Patrick Collection?

 

A collection of vehicles that are basically concourse and we're all sold off, I know a guy locally that had a couple of cars, one to be specific was a 2000 mile from new RS200! It has also appeared on Top Gear and he was invited to the queen's birthday celebrations with it or something a few years ago!

 

The Patrick stuff was sold off years and years ago
