ticking throttle sensor

Unhappy ticking throttle sensor

hi guys i am very slowly getting my car ready for the road but keep hitting snags i have noticed now that the throttle sensor is clicking on ignition is this correct also when the car has run and i turn it off the cam pullys jump back a touch is this normal or what is the cause of this cheers for replys in advance

the clicking when the ignition is on is the idle control valve, this is normal, shuold do it for about 10 secs then stop.

the pulleys, do you mean they turn backwards just as it stops - normal again, if its just coming up to a comprssion stroke it will be forced back to either just before top dead centre or bottom dead centre.
