Default fuel pump

i am running a xr3i pump on my s2 at the mo im planning on running about 200bhp is the fuel pump adequate.

I was advised to use COSSIE pumpon my s2 when running over 200 B.H.P
Only Ł85.

3i pump will not do,its not the same as a rs turbo pump,it will run the car and will be ok upto a certain point,no point in a cossie pump as youll see no extra power or fuel as its the metering head that dictates the flow not pump size,unless you can have the meterin head modded which i had on mine then its pointless,ive got a nearly new rs turbo pump,pm me if interested

according to burton power they are same 3i, rst, 2.8i e.t.c.

The reason i was asking because on auto data the pressure is different. On the 3i pump its 4.7-5.5 bar and the rst is 5.5-6.0 bar. I know there is a slight difference but wondered if it made a lot of difference. cheers.
