Connect up the battery with the drivers door open.......the alarm will sound. Now shut the door and put key in lock, turn the key anti clockwise as far as it will go and hold in this position for 2 to 3 seconds.......then turn key fully clockwise. This sets/re-sets the alarm. Now just open door with the key - this will "un-set" the alarm.

Is the red light on next to the clock?. When I got my new alarm fitted i fucked the blackjax and set the whole lot off. In the panick I activated the std alarm by turning the key in the door as Doug says. PLay around with this until the red light goes off, you should then be back to normal.

i thought i read somewhere about having to press the bonnet switch in about 5-10 times very quickly, but it could've been a sierra alarm that could be different.
