My friend is having trouble with his car not running correctly. Its like driving with a parachute out the back. It doesn't want to run properly off boost or on boost. I have replaced the chipped ecu,leads,plugs,metering unit,cam, intercooler, actuator and turbo. Ther car a is a nightmere to start and you have to use a bit of easystart to get it to fire up. When it is started its really lumpy. The car really holds back when driving but boosts and the gauge reads 10 psi. When on tick over when it is warm when trying to rev it chokes untill you hit about 2000rpm then it revs fine.

-31 actuator (new)

could this be a fuel problem? too rich or lean? How can i alter this so we can get it to a tuner as it wont drive very well. ( is there a basic way i can turn the mixture screw to a standard setting )
